We advocate for sound collective labor agreements (CLAs) instead of individual (arbitrary) labor agreements. With a CLA, you have more security, more free time, and often higher pay.

As a union, syndicom represents the collective interests of its members. The more members we have, the more influence we have in disputes and negotiations.
As a member, you have a say in what is negotiated into your CLA and the line we take in terms of our demands. Your commitment and that of your colleagues is crucial!
