With the collective labor agreement (CLA), T-Systems recognises its responsibility as an employer. The CLA creates a binding framework for wages, working hours, holidays and continued payment of wages in the event of illness or accident. From 2024, the CLA also guarantees the possibility of using two hours of working time for further training.

This is particularly important in the fast-moving IT industry. syndicom – as your IT union – also covers part of the additional training costs for its members.
