Our social partnership with localsearch has a tradition
In 2001, syndicom concluded a collective labor agreement (CLA) with what
was then Swisscom Directories. In 2013, the CLA with Swisscom Directories was renewed and extended to LTVGelbe Seiten and local.ch. With the merger of local.ch/LTV Gelbe Seiten and search.ch to form localsearch (in 2015), the CLA also applied to the employees of search.ch. The CLA was renewed at the end of 2024. The new CLA comes into force on January 1, 2025 thus positioning localsearch with progressive working conditions in the IT sector.
