Our structures

Our Congress and the Assembly of Delegates are syndicom’s trade union bodies. The Central Board is our strategic management body and the Executive Board is our operational management body. Our divisional management teams have an advisory vote in the Executive Board.

At the congress, which takes place every four years, and at the annual delegates’ meetings, our members decide on the union’s trade union and political direction and decide on statutes, regulations and finances. They also elect the members of the Central Executive Committee and the Executive Board.
