Together, we have further developed it to make your working conditions even better. This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"is-style-check\"><strong>More time for family<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Longer maternity and paternity leave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Option of temporary workload reduction after the birth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"is-style-check\"><strong>Working time models tailored to different life stages<\/strong><br>Right to a workload reduction from the age of 58<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"is-style-check\"><strong>Exclusively for syndicom members: 3 days of union leave per year<\/strong><br>For your union commitments \u2013 for conferences, conventions and further training courses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>No retrograde steps<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quite the opposite! You continue to benefit from 5-6 weeks of vacation, a 40-hour work week, and collective, union-based wage negotiations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is the CLA important?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The CLA offers you stability in a constantly changing working world. It regulates the working conditions for all employees subject to it. This also means that you don&#8217;t have to work for improvements alone. The CLA is the result of our collective efforts \u2013 and you can contribute!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Together we are strong: the CLA is our success!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the CLA, we have negotiated fair wages, working hours and benefits together with the employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our CLA is more than just an agreement &#8211; it&#8217;s the result of our collective efforts. Together with Sunrise, we negotiated fair wages, flexible working hours, and valuable benefits. This success demonstrates how strong we are as a team when we pull together and support one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CLA thrives on all of us. It&#8217;s not a rigid document, but an active process in which everyone can participate. Whether through feedback, suggestions, or engagement \u2013 every voice counts.
