Swisscom employees will now be entitled to 28 leave days up to the age of 49, 30 days from 50 to 59, and 31 days from the age of 60. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"is-style-check\">The CLA stipulates that no one may be disadvantaged or discriminated against if they <strong>work from home<\/strong>; a new home office procedure is being negotiated. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"is-style-check\">In addition, the education allowance for children and the minimum wage will rise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our main demands in the negotiations remain the reduction of actual working time (including reduction of weekly working time), and new tailored working time models, and we will make every effort to make this happen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This CLA is an important step towards achieving our objectives, but we still have some way to go.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/syndicom.ch\/en\/become-member-swisscom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">We\u2019ll keep working on it!<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CLA Swisscom Your syndicom union has negotiated a ground-breaking collective labour agreement (CLA) with Swisscom for Swisscom employees to reduce actual working time, promote a better work-life balance, and allow working time models to be tailored to your specific circumstances.
