A d\u00e9faut d\u2019une CP, les contr\u00f4les sont aussi de la comp\u00e9tence des inspecteurs cantonaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Que se passe-t-il en cas de constat de dumping salarial ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les inspecteurs annoncent le dumping salarial aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une <strong>commission tripartite (CT)<\/strong>. On en trouve une dans chaque canton. Elle se compose de repr\u00e9sentant-es des employeurs, des salari\u00e9s et de l\u2019Etat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s sont constat\u00e9es, la CT tente d\u2019obtenir avec l\u2019employeur concern\u00e9 un versement des salaires a posteriori et une adaptation des contrats de travail.
