Si le travailleur s\u2019\u00e9quipe lui-m\u00eame des appareils et du mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du travail, l\u2019employeur doit lui payer une indemnit\u00e9 convenable \u00e0 cet effet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ton t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable priv\u00e9 est ton appareil personnel sur lequel tu as \u00e9galement stock\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es priv\u00e9es.
