Avec la convention collective de travail (CCT), T-Systems assume sa responsabilit\u00e9 d’employeur. La CCT fixe un cadre contraignant pour les salaires, le temps de travail, les vacances et le maintien du salaire en cas de maladie ou d’accident. La CCT garantit d\u00e9sormais aussi, \u00e0 partir de 2024, la possibilit\u00e9 de consacrer deux heures du temps de travail \u00e0 la formation continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
