Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la CCT, les employ\u00e9-es ont de nettement meilleures conditions d\u2019embauche par rapport \u00e0 la loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-narrow is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-accordion has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ea0fd848da9a15fa2390877384fd652a\">Mesures salariales&nbsp;: augmentation salariale structurelle pour renforcer les bas salaires<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Les coll\u00e8gues se situant dans les 60&nbsp;% inf\u00e9rieurs de leur fourchette salariale obtiennent une augmentation salariale structurelle. 0,4&nbsp;% de la masse salariale sont utilis\u00e9s pour ces mesures structurelles dans le cadre des n\u00e9gociations salariales annuelles. Ainsi, les bas salaires sont renforc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Avec cette \u00ab&nbsp;augmentation salariale structurelle&nbsp;\u00bb, une syst\u00e9matique est r\u00e9introduite dans la CCT, qui figurait d\u00e9j\u00e0 sous une autre forme dans la convention collective de travail de la Poste jusqu\u2019en 2016. Comme alors, la progression de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience est ainsi valoris\u00e9e durant les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es d\u2019engagement \u00e0 la Poste. Cette augmentation salariale garantie ne profite toutefois pas qu\u2019aux jeunes ou aux nouveaux-elles dans l\u2019entreprise, car le droit \u00e0 en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier ne d\u00e9pend pas des ann\u00e9es de service ou de l\u2019\u00e2ge, mais uniquement de la position dans la fourchette salariale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-accordion has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c50e68df3b1d1ccd502f00be6e931f54\">Temps de travail \/ organisation du travail&nbsp;: des am\u00e9liorations en continu<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Un changement du jour de r\u00e9serve d\u00e9j\u00e0 planifi\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9partition annuelle des services n\u2019est possible qu\u2019avec le consentement du\/de la travailleur-euse. Ainsi, la pratique en cours du jour de r\u00e9serve \u00ab&nbsp;adaptable&nbsp;\u00bb est restreinte et l\u2019arbitraire emp\u00each\u00e9. La commission du personnel a voix au chapitre en ce qui concerne le nombre de jours de r\u00e9serve \u00e0 octroyer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">La r\u00e9partition mensuelle des services pour le mois suivant est d\u00e9sormais \u00e9tablie au plus tard 14&nbsp;jours avant la fin du mois. La saisie des demandes de cong\u00e9s reste fix\u00e9e au 10 du mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>D\u2019autres am\u00e9liorations dans l\u2019organisation du travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un expert LDT. Elles seront annonc\u00e9es avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e et mises en \u0153uvre \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-accordion has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7529aa0fa6918bf7ed354f4b7f644535\">Contr\u00f4les mensuels du temps<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-default\">Les comptes horaires sont d\u00e9sormais control\u00e9s une fois par mois. Un meilleur aper\u00e7u des heures n\u00e9gatives et positives est ainsi possible. Les employ\u00e9-es sont donc pr\u00e9venu-es plus t\u00f4t d\u2019\u00e9carts importants. Cette adaptation entra\u00eene indirectement aussi une augmentation de salaire pour quelques collaborateur-trices. De plus, on a moins de coll\u00e8gues qui auparavant se trouvaient au-dessus de leur fourchette salariale et donc n\u2019avaient pas droit \u00e0 une augmentation de salaire.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-accordion has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-994666bdda0a6203bac4c8e9a1605663\">10 jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s au lieu de 9, mais sans droit de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s est simplifi\u00e9e&nbsp;: le nombre de jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s pay\u00e9s augmente de neuf \u00e0 dix jours.
