Elle est n\u00e9goci\u00e9e par nos soins et avec l\u2019employeur. Chez T-Systems, la CCT pr\u00e9voit un cadre contraignant pour les salaires, la dur\u00e9e du travail et les vacances. La nouveaut\u00e9 est que la CCT garantit d\u00e8s 2024 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser deux heures du temps de travail pour la formation continue. En outre, les employ\u00e9-es de T-Systems d\u00e9terminent leurs revendications pour les n\u00e9gociations et votent sur le r\u00e9sultat!
