La proc\u00e9dure de consultation prescrite par la loi a alors \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e, mais est rest\u00e9e sans r\u00e9sultat. Le syndicat syndicom a men\u00e9 au nom de ses membres des n\u00e9gociations sur un plan social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Urs Zbinden, secr\u00e9taire central du syndicat, d\u00e9clare \u00e0 ce sujet : <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les membres et les repr\u00e9sentant-es du syndicat ont d\u00e9fendu avec d\u00e9termination les requ\u00eates et les int\u00e9r\u00eats des employ\u00e9-es concern\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des n\u00e9gociations men\u00e9es avec t\u00e9nacit\u00e9, le syndicat syndicom est parvenu \u00e0 obtenir une am\u00e9lioration substantielle du plan social que Smood SA avait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 initialement.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part \u00e9quivalentes \u00e0 2-3 mois de salaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les personnes concern\u00e9es ont maintenant approuv\u00e9 le r\u00e9sultat des n\u00e9gociations lors d\u2019une assembl\u00e9e du personnel, de sorte qu\u2019un plan social est d\u00e9sormais en place. Celui-ci pr\u00e9voit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"is-style-check\">des indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part comprises entre 2 (&lt; 4 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9) et 3 mois de salaire (&gt; 4 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"is-style-check\">des indemnit\u00e9s forfaitaires en fonction de l\u2019\u00e2ge ainsi qu\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les familles avec enfants ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"is-style-check\">des contributions de soutien pouvant atteindre 1000 francs pour des mesures de formation continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Migros se d\u00e9robe \u00e0 sa responsabilit\u00e9 sociale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syndicat syndicom critique vivement le comportement de l\u2019actionnaire majoritaire de Smood SA, la coop\u00e9rative Migros Gen\u00e8ve. En mena\u00e7ant de faire faillite, elle a mis sous pression massive les employ\u00e9-es de Smood. Une entreprise prosp\u00e8re comme la coop\u00e9rative Migros Gen\u00e8ve, qui a fi\u00e8rement annonc\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de plusieurs dizaines de millions, n\u2019a aucune raison de se soustraire ainsi \u00e0 sa responsabilit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9chec des autorit\u00e9s cantonales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour syndicom, la fermeture de Smood s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte plus large : les plateformes multinationales, Uber en t\u00eate, ont \u00e9tabli des mod\u00e8les commerciaux qui se basent sur l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance fictive et le contournement des assurances sociales. Cela d\u00e9truit progressivement le march\u00e9 de la livraison. Urs Zbinden d\u2019ajouter : <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Depuis des ann\u00e9es, les autorit\u00e9s cantonales se d\u00e9robent \u00e0 assumer leur responsabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 faire respecter le droit en vigueur. Elles ont le pouvoir de mettre fin \u00e0 l\u2019ub\u00e9risation et au non-paiement des cotisations sociales dans cette branche.
