Libert\u00e9\u00bb, \u00abLa Gruy\u00e8re\u00bb et \u00abLa Broye Hebdo\u00bb, avait annonc\u00e9 un licenciement collectif et planifiait de supprimer 18 postes plein temps dans tous les secteurs de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une centaine de personnes se sont rassembl\u00e9es jeudi 2 juillet 2026 devant le si\u00e8ge de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 Fribourg pour protester contre le projet de licenciements. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-slider is-autoplay is-layout-constrained class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La manifestation a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e par une large alliance : les employ\u00e9-es de tous les secteurs de l\u2019entreprise venu-es de toutes ses r\u00e9gions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sents, rejoints par des repr\u00e9sentant-es et sympathisant-es issus des milieux culturels, politiques et syndicaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette action de protestation, organis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la proc\u00e9dure de consultation, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9e la veille par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9sultats financiers ne justifient pas un licenciement collectif<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">syndicom et impressum, qui ont accompagn\u00e9 les collaborateurs-trices pendant la proc\u00e9dure de consultation, ont pu \u00e9valuer la situation du groupe. Elle est claire: les r\u00e9sultats financiers ne justifient pas de suppression d\u2019emplois, contrairement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019affirme la direction. L\u2019entreprise n\u2019\u00e9tant pas en crise, il faut renoncer au licenciement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etienne Coquoz, codirecteur d\u2019impressum, au public, lors de la remise du rapport de consultation :<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon notre analyse, les licenciements chez St-Paul M\u00e9dias n\u2019ont aucun fondement \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mathilde Matras, secr\u00e9taire r\u00e9gionale chez syndicom :<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est avec ses employ\u00e9-es et gr\u00e2ce au travail humain que le groupe fera face au d\u00e9fi de la branche.
