Celles-ci sont n\u00e9cessaires pour compenser le retard salarial des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et les hausses vertigineuses des caisses maladie ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019affirme Matteo Antonini, pr\u00e9sident du syndicat syndicom.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:80%\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-background-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-narrow is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cette ann\u00e9e, l\u2019USS demande des hausses salariales de 2 \u00e0 2,5&nbsp;%. N\u2019est-ce pas trop, dans le contexte \u00e9conomique actuel\u2009?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Non. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/syndicom.ch\/fr\/salaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salaires<\/a>, dans certaines de nos branches, stagnent depuis des ann\u00e9es. La productivit\u00e9 a augment\u00e9, les prix aussi, et il est temps que les travailleur-euses puissent obtenir une juste part du rattrapage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mais l\u2019inflation officielle n\u2019est que de 0,1&nbsp;%. Pourquoi demander autant\u2009?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de la diff\u00e9rence annuelle qui ne prend pas en compte le rattrapage. Les primes d\u2019assurance-maladie augmentent de 5&nbsp;% et p\u00e8sent lourdement sur le budget des m\u00e9nages. En moyenne, une famille avec deux adultes et deux enfants paye 1136 francs de primes par mois, une somme qui devrait encore augmenter, a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019USS. Quelques milliers de travailleur-euses sont concern\u00e9s. Pour eux, nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 prolonger les RHT le Kurzarbeit \u00e0 24&nbsp;mois. On ne peut pas utiliser la crise internationale comme excuse pour bloquer les salaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vous dites que la productivit\u00e9 a progress\u00e9. Dans quelle mesure\u2009?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En moyenne de 1&nbsp;% par an entre 2014 et 2024, selon les estimations de l\u2019USS. Mis bout \u00e0 bout, cela fait 11%, une somme dont les travailleur-euses n\u2019ont que trop partiellement profit\u00e9. Les salaires r\u00e9els ont stagn\u00e9. Le pouvoir d\u2019achat des travailleur-euses, dans certains domaines, n\u2019est gu\u00e8re plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019en 2015, voire inf\u00e9rieur. Les \u00e9conomistes de l\u2019USS calculent au moins 2&nbsp;% d\u2019augmentation des salaires pour combler ce retard. Das certains secteurs tels que ceux des banques et des transports, l\u2019USS demande m\u00eame une augmentation de 3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019inflation, il y a l\u2019augmentation des primes des caisses maladie. Quelle solution, donc\u2009?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une possible solution est une contribution des employeurs, pour compenser la hausse des primes, qui ont explos\u00e9 depuis 1997\u2009: +158&nbsp;%, alors que les salaires n\u2019ont en moyenne augment\u00e9 que de 12&nbsp;%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Donc la sant\u00e9 est aussi une question salariale\u2009?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Absolument. Beaucoup de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 sont li\u00e9s au travail\u2009: 12&nbsp;% des personnes entre 15 et 74&nbsp;ans souffrent de maladies professionnelles. Les travailleur-euses ne doivent pas en porter seuls le co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Et concernant les salaires minimums, quelle est la position des syndicats\u2009?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personne ne devrait gagner moins de 4500&nbsp;francs par mois. Et avec une formation, pas en dessous de 5000&nbsp;francs. Ce sont des salaires r\u00e9els pour vivre en suisse sans la contribution de l\u2019Etat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi\u2009?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce qu\u2019un tiers des travailleur-euses avec une formation professionnelle sup\u00e9rieure gagnent encore moins de 5000\u00a0francs. Et ce ne sont pas seulement des <a href=\"https:\/\/syndicom.ch\/fr\/jeunesse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">jeunes<\/a>\u2009: m\u00eame juste avant la retraite, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un sur cinq est sous ce seuil. C\u2019est inacceptable\u2009! Il est particuli\u00e8rement important d\u2019augmenter le salaire des <a href=\"https:\/\/syndicom.ch\/fr\/femmes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">femmes<\/a> et dans les branches \u00e0 bas salaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les employeurs diront qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas de marge\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En Suisse, la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 existe, mais elle est mal r\u00e9partie. Que toutes celles et tous ceux qui travaillent \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de richesse doivent pouvoir avoir un salaire qui leur permette de vivre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un autre ordre d\u2019id\u00e9es, des entreprises telles que <a href=\"https:\/\/syndicom.ch\/fr\/offres-par-metier\/poste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Poste<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/syndicom.ch\/fr\/entree-glossaire\/swisscom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Swisscom<\/a> doivent embaucher leur personnel exclusivement en Suisse et renoncer aux externalisations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les augmentations salariales sont n\u00e9cessaires!
